Above Board Chamber of Florida presents HR-themed personality profiling panel

Next month the Above Board Chamber of Florida will present an HR-themed presentation featuring personality profiling. The Naples luncheon will take place on Monday, Oct. 10 from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Hilton Naples, 5111 Tamiami Trail North. The Fort Myers luncheon will take place on Thursday, Oct. 13 from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Harborside Event Center, 1375 Monroe Street. Reservations are required at AboveBoardChamber.com.

By understanding a candidate’s personality, a business has a greater advantage in hiring the right person, which can greatly affect a company’s bottom line and growth potential. Above Board Chamber’s October meetings will give attendees the tools to make the best hiring decisions to increase employee engagement, reduce turnover and staffing costs, and develop the leadership potential of current employees.
The Naples meeting will be emceed by Arnold Klinsky of Klinsky Consulting, and will feature a panel including: Debbie Peterson, mindset expert and owner of Getting to Clarity, LLC; Robin W. Larkin, partner at Performance Management Associates Professional Training & Coaching; and Alfio Carroccetto, senior consultant at The Omnia Group.

The Fort Myers meeting will be emceed by Ryan Sheehy, chief marketing strategist of CONRIC PR & Marketing, and will feature a panel including: Angela J. Pruitt, PhD. chief human resources officer of Lee County School System; Debbie Peterson, mindset expert and owner of Getting to Clarity, LLC ; and Robin W. Larkin, partner at Performance Management Associates Professional Training & Coaching.

Naples lunch registration

Registration on or before Oct. 3 will be $25 for members, $30 for guests. After Oct. 3, registration will be $28 for members, $35 for guests.
Fort Myers lunch registration

Registration on or before Oct. 6 will be $25 for members, $30 for guests. After Oct. 6, registration will be $28 for members and $33 for guests.
