Do you have a strategic plan? Is it in writing, up to date or relevant? Is your organization on track or meandering? Without a map, “any road will take you there,” but is it where you want to go? Learn methods to obtain outsider perception of your organization, as well as tips and tools to develop an easy-to-implement strategic plan with board consensus and buy-in. Participants will also learn techniques to monitor progress and track success. Attend this seminar to enhance your organization’s focus on the future and how to map your road to success.

Speaker/BioSallie Williams, CFRE, is the founder and owner of The Williams Consulting Group, LLC. She has more than 28 years of demonstrated business, information technology, fundraising and “friend-raising” success in Southwest Florida.

As owner and president of The Williams Consulting Group, LLC, Williams brings her experience to organizations who are seeking assistance, advice and counsel for their major gifts, capital and endowment fund campaigns.
