Amenity center under construction at Caribbean Village
A beautiful new amenity center is under construction at Caribbean Village, an intimate gated community by D.R. Horton’s Southwest Florida division near Historic Downtown Venice. Caribbean Village offers eight distinctive home plans starting in the low-$300s. The public is invited to tour the professionally decorated model, which is open seven days a week.
The amenity center plans include a large, resort-style pool, clubhouse, fitness center and bocce ball courts. Construction is expected to be complete this fall.
