Greg Ulrich of KGT Remodeling Completes Dale Carnegie Leadership Training

KGT Remodeling owner, Greg Ulrich, recently completed the Dale Carnegie Leadership Training course. The seven week course, which was held in Fort Myers, was geared towards business owners.
Participants in this program learned to build effective coaching techniques, master problem analysis and decision-making, effectively communicate change, strengthen listening skills, recognize team success with enthusiasm, and learn an eight-step delegation process.
Founded in 1912, Dale Carnegie focuses on giving people in business the opportunity to sharpen their skills and improve their performance in order to build positive, steady, and profitable results. Dale Carnegie Training is represented in all 50 of the United States and over 90 countries. More than 2700 trainers present Dale Carnegie Training programs in more than 25 languages.
“I’ve been a business owner for many years and firmly believe in continuing education for myself and my team.” said Greg Ulrich. “The Dale Carnegie course on leadership really helps business owners step back and take a look at more effective ways to communicate and lead. I would suggest it to anyone in a leadership role.”
