Kelly E. Capolino announces 2018 Diamond Volunteer Award Winners

Kelly E. Capolino, Naples Realtor and founder of the Diamond Volunteer Awards program, is pleased to announce the 2018 award winners. The program honors volunteers of local non-profit agencies for their efforts to improve the community while helping change the lives of those they serve.

Three organizations are chosen each year to receive the Diamond Volunteer Award and the 2018 winners are: Stroke Recovery Foundation, Dementia Group volunteers of Jewish Family and Community Services of Southwest Florida (JFCS), and Naples Music Club/MusicScores.

Capolino founded the program in 2009 with the first awards presented in 2010. Each year groups are chosen based on their exceptional volunteer dedication and the positive influence that they make in the lives of others. This will mark the ninth year Capolino has been honoring non-profit organizations for their volunteer work. The total number of non-profits that have been honored has reached 28 since the program’s inception.

“This year, I selected the three organizations because they touched my heart with all the work they do assisting and recognizing brain related treatment and programs,” says Capolino. “These organizations enhance others lives, at all ages, with such important programs.”

The Diamond Volunteer Award includes a private cocktail reception for each organization for 25 of their volunteers and honored guests; a press release written about their group; photos taken at their award reception and submitted to local media; and a framed award plus inclusion into the Diamond Rewards Program.
