Last chance for tickets: Realtor Association brings the actual market gurus to Fort Myers for premier, one-time-only real estate conference

Can you handle the truth? Real estate professionals across Southwest Florida must grapple with that question as they purchase their tickets to Hear It Direct Fort Myers from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Wednesday, April 1 at Harborside Event Center in Fort Myers. The REALTOR® Association of Greater Fort Myers and the Beach will bring this premier real estate conference to the region for one time only, offering local market experts an unprecedented opportunity to receive raw, unfiltered feedback from actual buyers and sellers who are not afraid to hold anything back.

The producers of Hear It Direct have chosen local consumers based on their communication skills and extreme candor. Think you know what buyers and sellers want? Think again. Do you know how to differentiate yourself from your competition? The answer may not be what you expect.

As an advocate and educational resource for its members, the REALTOR® Association of Greater Fort Myers and the Beach has partnered with Hear It Direct to provide the a-ha moments that might be difficult to hear at first, but have the power to help build businesses and attract and retain customers and referrals.

Attendees do not need to be members. A limited number of tickets are available, and can be purchased at www.hearitdirectfortmyers.com (members will log in, non-members will click “Not a Member” and fill out only the required fields). Two 90-minute sessions will be held, with a break in between. Snacks and refreshments will be served. Tickets are $55.

Hear it Direct will present a Buyers panel and a Sellers panel, representing a variety of ages and price ranges. Learn what consumers want, why they do or do not choose specific real estate agents, which branding and marketing stands out, what they value, what frustrates them and how they view a Realtor’s role.

A Q&A session will be held after each panel, followed by a Mastermind discussion to help attendees process the often-shocking feedback and use the information to make their businesses more consumer-centric and successful.

Fort Myers is home to several major real estate conferences per year, and Hear It Direct represents real estate professionals’ only opportunity to learn from the only experts in what consumers really want: consumers.
