Manufacturers honored for marketplace leadership at SRMA Awards
At its recent Manufacturer of the Year Awards and Networking Event, the Southwest Regional Manufacturers Association (SRMA) recognized Southwest Florida’s premiere manufacturers. Held on Nov. 10, the event featured Conditioned Air’s Theo Etzel as keynote speaker and honored manufacturers based on their performance in several key categories.
SRMA’s board of directors considered nominees’ strengths based on stringent criteria within the categories of: Leadership, Strategic Planning, Customer & Market Focus, Knowledge Management, Workforce Focus and Operations Focus. Along with Manufacturer of the Year, awarded to companies within a designated size category based on number of employees, and Distributor of the Year, new Awards for 2016 include Supplier of the Year and Logistics Business of the Year.
