Emerald Homes’ Southwest Florida division has announced that only 11 home sites remain for sale in the new North Naples community of Marsilea. Since opening for sales in October, a fourth home plan has been added to the portfolio of distinctive offerings, which start at $629,990. This intimate gated community will feature only 18 homes when construction is complete.
 
The estate homes in Marsilea range from a generous living area of 2,664 to 3,462 square feet, with three to four bedrooms, three to five baths, and a three-car garage. A new home plan is the handsomely appointed Bella Verona, offering 3,374 square feet of living space. This two-story home features three bedrooms, a den, bonus room, large lanai, and four full baths plus a pool bath.
 
The public is invited to tour the one-story 3,131-square-foot Ventalo model. Its grand foyer leads to a spacious great room, which forms an elegant central space for entertaining and family time.
