Registration is now open for the 14th Annual Southwest Florida Real Estate Outlook Conference. The event takes place on Thursday, January 29, 2014 from 7:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Harborside Event Center, located at 1375 Monroe Street, Fort Myers, FL 33901. Presented annually by the Southwest Florida CCIM District, this conference provides ideal networking and educational opportunities for any individual or company that deals with, or wants to learn more about, commercial real estate transactions. The event is open to the public, with an early registration fee of $50 for non-members and $40 for current Southwest Florida CCIM District members. Tickets will also be available at the door on the day of the event for $60.

The SWFL Real Estate Outlook Conference will feature business leaders from the community who will discuss where the economy is today, what the expectation is for 2014, and what business leaders need to prepare for in the future. All commercial real estate categories will be addressed such as Retail, Industrial, Land, and Office. Some of the panel speakers include Matt Stephen, CCIM, Premier Commercial Office; Jim Boback, CCIM, Boback Commercial Group; and Dr. Wilson Bradsaw, Florida Gulf Coast University. In addition, Dr. Randy Anderson, of the University of Central Florida’s Economics Department will discuss the economic outlook for 2014 as it pertains to real estate.

The conference will be of interest to any individual, or company that deals with real estate transactions including brokers, investors, buyers, sellers, bankers, lawyers, insurance agencies, and title insurance companies.
