The City of Fort Myers Hosts Public Workshop for Dr. Ann Murphy Knight STARS Complex Expansion
Two Workshops Will Take Place Tuesday, May 7
FORT MYERS, Fla. (April 26, 2019) – The City of Fort Myers is hosting two public workshops for the expansion of the Dr. Ann Murphy Knight Success Through Academic and Recreational Support (STARS) Complex. Two workshops will take place on Tuesday, May 7 at 10 a.m. and 6:30 p.m.
The workshops will be held at the STARS Complex, located at 2980 Edison Ave, Fort Myers.
The public workshops, led by ADG Architecture, llc. (ADG), are to assist ADG with the design of the STARS expansion project through input from the community.
The purpose of the expansion is to customize and enlarge the facility to better meet the needs of the local community. The STARS Complex will also serve as a hurricane shelter.
