 ions education. She has held academic and executive roles with SBMU School
  of Public Health\, the University of North Carolina\, Universal Health Se
 rvices\, and Miami Graduate Teaching Hospitals. Holding a PhD in Health Ad
 ministration and an MPH from UNC–Chapel Hill\, she is also a graduate of
  the Institute for Healthcare Improvement’s Leading Quality for Managers
  program. Dr. Morgan has led hospital performance and quality initiatives\
 , completed 100+ research projects\, and published 50+ works. At our Octob
