OF ITS NEW FT. MYERS OFFICE LOCATION IN LEE COUNTY, FL

New Office to offer Free workshops on how to secure a mortgage, repair credit,

and preparing to find a new home!

Naples, Florida – (Monday, February 28, 2014) – Carmen Isbely Vasquez, Licensed Real

Estate Broker with U.S. Prime Realty, LLC announced today the Grand Opening of their 2nd

location in Ft. Myers scheduled to open on  Thursday, March 6, 2014 from 5:30 – 7:30 P.M.

Carmen Vasquez and her team will be welcoming community leaders, local dignitaries, and the

community at large to participate in a ribbon cutting ceremony with refreshments, giveaways, and

raffle prizes. The activities will be held at the new office, located at  4961 Royal Gulf Circle, Ft.

Myers, Florida 33966. This event is  FREE and open to the public. RSVP is required!

U.S. Prime Realty is dedicated to helping the Southwest Florida community to live the American

Dream by assisting them to find a home of their own. To that end, U.S. Prime Realty will be

hosting  FREE Real Estate and Mortgage Workshops on a monthly basis, to inform and to

educate community members on how to prepare to secure a mortgage. These workshops will

also inform individuals on homeownership programs that are available from the local and federal

government for first time homebuyers, and how to repair credit. The first workshop is scheduled

for Saturday, March 22, 2014, 10:00 am and a follow up workshop, is scheduled for Saturday,

April 26, 2014, 10:00 am in the offices of U.S. Prime Realty in Fort Myers.
