The Jog for Justice 5k is a community event to benefit the Lee County Legal Aid Society, a 501(C3) not-for-profit agency dedicated to empowering its clients and alleviating the hardships of poverty, through quality legal advocacy.

To create the ability for all low-income families to have access to equal justice and achieve fnancial stability.  The Jog for Justice 5k Run/Walk is an exciting event that supports free civil legal aid programs and attracts runners and walkers from the Lee County and South West Florida community.

The race route was changed this year to the Riverfront District, sure to invigorate repeat participants and intrigue new ones!  The 5K runners and walkers are treated to spectacular water views immediately, passing the Legacy Harbor Marina, up to the Edison Bridge, where they actually run over the Caloosahatchee River.  The race begin and ends with a cheering crowd at Centennial Park.

But the fun has just begun!  All runners/walkers, supporters, sponsors and volunteers are treated to food and refreshments.  Vendor booths offering anything from massages to merchandise line the park, and families of the runners can enjoy the parks and fountains.
