Purpose Journey End-of-season Retreat

For the first time, I’ve created a unifying theme: The Four Elements of Nature: An Experience of Immersion and Embodiment. It’s a day thoughtfully designed to help us thrive during these turbulent times as we are being called back to what truly matters, to what is real, and to what nourishes and sustains us. Each element is a doorway to immersing ourselves in the natural world, while providing a mirror for the essential qualities that live within us.

The morning outdoor replenishment experiences connect us with the Earth, Air, and Water elements through nature immersion, movement and breath, and a meditation and ritual to realign with life’s natural flow. After lunch, the energy rises with an experience to ignite the Fire within us for increased vitality. We’ll also be joined again for facilitated fun with our friends at The Naples Players before our celebration toast, reception and live music by the phenomenal Aura, one of SWFL’s most dynamic vocalists.
