Learn methods to obtain outsider perception of your organization, as well as tips and tools to develop an easy-to-implement strategic plan with board consensus and buy-in. Participants will also learn techniques to monitor progress and track success. Attend this seminar to enhance your organization’s focus on the future and how to map your road to success.
