The Why and How of Strategic Planning

Learn methods to obtain outsider perception of your organization, as well as tips and tools to develop an easy-to-implement strategic plan with board consensus and buy-in. Speaker/Bio: Sallie Williams, CFRE, is the founder and owner of The Williams Consulting Group, LLC. She has more than 28 years of demonstrated business, information technology, fundraising and “friend-raising” success in Southwest Florida.
