Verita Wealth Advisory Group: Virtual Bourbon Tasting!

We will be led in our exploration by our business coach, Travis Chaney (he is CEO of Dynamic Directions), and Vince Carida, president of the Owensboro Bourbon Society. Travis and Vince live in Kentucky, the motherland of bourbon, so they will be the perfect guides for us.

Travis and Vince have chosen four bourbons we hope you can obtain so you can stock up on your own bottles to join us for the tasting. If you can’t locate these, just bring your favorite drink to share the tasting experience with us. Here’s the list, followed by a photo of each bottle below:

• Bakers (NOT Makers, but Bakers – it’s a Jim Beam product named after Baker Beam, and it’s 107 proof)

We’re fortunate to have Vince Carida join us for the tasting. Vince founded the Owensboro Bourbon Society in March of 2011, making the OBS the second longest tenured Bourbon Society in Kentucky. With over 200 members, the Owensboro Bourbon Society has hosted such luminaries as Bill Samuels, Chairman, Makers Mark; Jimmy Russell, Master Distiller, Wild Turkey; Jim Rutledge, Master Distiller, Four Roses; Chris Morris, Master Distiller, Woodford Reserve; and Fred Noe, Master Distiller, Jim Beam among others.

Vince’s mission statement has always been to provide an educational aspect to the Society coupled with a social aspect (HAVE FUN!).
