Continuing to build its position as a Southwest Florida marketing leader, CONRIC PR & Marketing welcomes Kirsten O’Donnell to its award-winning team. O’Donnell will serve as the agency’s marketing director, says president and chief marketing officer Connie Ramos-Williams.

“Kirsten is a wonderful addition to our expanding CONRIC PR & Marketing team,” says Ramos-Williams. “Her integrity, leadership, knowledge, experience, and professionalism make her not only a perfect fit for our agency but also an asset to both our long standing loyal clients and new clients alike.”

In her role, O’Donnell will develop, implement, and measure strategic marketing, communications, public relations and advertising campaigns. She will collaborate closely with CONRIC team members and clients to manage accounts and projects.

“After a dozen years working in the nonprofit and government sectors, I couldn’t pass up the opportunity to work with the broad variety of clients that the CONRIC team serves,” says O’Donnell. “This agency’s reputation speaks for itself, and I’m really excited to be a part of this great group of professionals.”

O’Donnell brings two decades of award-winning public relations, marketing, and journalism knowledge to the position. Most recently, she served as director of communications and outreach at the Area Agency on Aging for Southwest Florida, where she led internal and external communications and managed three community outreach programs. Her public relations and marketing experience also include positions at the City of Fort Myers and Goodwill Industries of Southwest Florida. O’Donnell also spent eight years as a television sports journalist, reporting and anchoring at stations in Missouri, Georgia, and Southwest Florida.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in communication arts from Oakland University, and earned a Master of Arts in interpersonal and public communication from Central Michigan University. In 2018, O’Donnell completed her Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Marketing from the University of Phoenix.

O’Donnell and her husband have been Cape Coral residents for 15 years. She has served as an appointee to the Lee County Community Action Agency and is currently vice president of communications for the Florida Public Relations Association SWFL chapter. In her free time, she volunteers at the Cape Coral Animal Shelter.
