Meet our emcee:

 Karen Williams Mosteller, Karen is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Healthcare Business Consultant, named as a partner with Markham Norton Mosteller Wright & Co., P.A. in 2000. Karen offers valued added expertise and practical advice in the various stages of business consulting, from strategic planning to implementation of marketing and building financial and operational plans. She assists with restructures, mergers, and acquisitions and understands how a successful organization operates in all phases, from start-up to company growth.

  Clark Hill Is the general manager of Hilton Naples featuring Shula’s Steak House.   Ursula Pfahl Ph. D. Vice President, Business Development from Bigham Jewelers Ursula Pfahl, a native of Germany, began her career in higher education, as a college professor and university administrator. Her responsibilities included university relations, fundraising management, the university’s events and the supervision of the academic support services. The move to Naples provided the opportunity to transition from academia into business, most notably the fine jewelry retail business. For 15 years, Ursula was the VP Marketing and Chief Operating Officer of Yamron Jewelers. Upon the sale of that company, Kathy Bigham offered Ursula a new opportunity with Bigham Jewelers.

  Kristina Gear, Born and raised in Naples, Kristina is a proud Naples native who decided to return home to pursue a career in travel by joining the team at Preferred Travel of Naples in 2013 after receiving a bachelor’s degree in business management with a minor in Leadership from the University of South Florida in Tampa. She began her career as assistant to former President, Wilma Boyd, and is now Managing Director of Preferred Travel working alongside her mother, Olga Placeres, Owner and President.  

 

 Michael Longo ,Owner of Naples Floral Design  For more than 30 years ago, Michael started his first floral business as a teenager in Brooklyn. Working with his two brothers to build the business, their small shop set out to serve their neighborhood with flowers for every occasion. He continued that tradition by opening Naples Floral Design in 2010. His award-winning pieces have won multiple awards in “Best of Naples,” “SWFL Choice Awards,” and “SWFL Choice Champion.”

Opportuntiy to make a difference and help a child
