Above Board Chamber of Florida promotes wellness in the workplace through panel discussion of experts  

In an effort to promote wellness in the workplace, the Above Board Chamber of Florida is pleased to present “Your Body, Mind, and Health for Your Business in 2017.” The Fort Myers luncheon will take place on Thursday, Nov. 10 from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Harborside Event Center, 1375 Monroe Street. The Naples luncheon will take place on Monday, Nov. 14 from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Hilton Naples, 5111 Tamiami Trail North. Reservations are required at AboveBoardChamber.com.  
 
The panel discussion will enlist some of the top health and wellness professionals in Southwest Florida. They’ll share their knowledge and experiences of how business leaders and employees can prepare for total wellness in 2017, stay healthy throughout the year, decrease one’s workload and avoid those sick days. The Fort Myers meeting will be emceed by Ryan Sheehy of CONRIC PR & Marketing and will feature a panel including: Lora Ulrich, The New You Lifestyle; Christin Collins, System Health & Wellness Strategic Business Partner, Lee Health; Frank Jean, LMT, Frank Jean Massage Therapy.
 
The Naples meeting will be emceed by Sue Huff of E. Sue Huff and Associates and will feature a panel including: David Longfield-Smith, Organization Lead, Retail Foods, Blue Zones Project® – SWFL Blue Zones Project – SWFL; Dr. Sonia Rocha, TowerDental Arts; and Jon Bates, Addicted to Fitness. The featured non-profit is Help a Diabetic Child Foundation.

Fort Myers lunch registration
Registration on or before Nov. 3 will be $25 for members, $30 for guests. After Nov. 3, registration will be $28 for members and $33 for guests.
 
Naples lunch registration
Registration on or before Nov. 7 will be $25 for members, $30 for guests. After Nov. 7, registration will be $28 for members, $35 for guests.
