More than a century later, the celebration that started with a gathering of 15 girls in 1915 has grown to a special event where more than 400 boys and girls will take over the Dr. Piper Centerâs Lawn on Christmas morning to receive a present, a snack bag, have the chance to win a bike, and take pictures with Santa.
