Heidi Cramer, MBA, is a technology, AI, and go-to-market executive with more than 38 years of experience turning innovation into business results. Across leadership roles with companies including SoftBank and T-Mobile, she launched products and markets generating more than $2 billion in annualized revenue, led teams of up to 2,400, and managed budgets approaching $1 billion. Her technical career includes pioneering global IP networks, digital provisioning, IoT-enabled shipping, robotics camera systems, and enterprise software alliances with IBM, HCLTech, Wipro, and Tata Consultancy Services. Today, Heidi advises growing companies through the Florida SBDC and, through Heathcliff Enterprises, speaks to global audiences about practical AI adoption, automation, leadership, and workforce change.
