YogaCAN Naples
A Southwest Florida nonprofit dedicated to supporting local cancer patients on their healing journeys is hosting its 11th annual YogaCAN Naples fundraiser on the green lawn at Baker Park.
The yoga benefit on behalf of Cancer Alliance Network (CAN) helps the nonprofit provide dignity to local cancer patients and their families in Collier and Lee counties through financial aid, resources and support. Through generous community donations, CAN turns despair into hope by providing a lifeline during a very difficult time.
A community yoga class, JaneCAN, was originally created as an opportunity for family, friends and the community to rally and support Jane Waltzer as she and her family faced the challenges of living with breast cancer. Following Jane’s passing, her legacy of selfless service continues to live on through the annual YogaCAN event.
