The Bobby Nichols-Fiddlesticks Charity Foundation presented nearly $1.8 million in grants to six designated charities of the 22nd Annual Nichols Cup tournaments and auction gala, serving abused and at-risk children in Southwest Florida. The record-breaking funds were distributed at the Piper’s annual meeting on April 2 among the Foundation’s two primary charity partners, Children’s Advocacy.

For the first time in tournament history, a golfer at the Nichols Cup Pro-Am Golf Tournament in Fort Myers aced a hole-in-one challenge to win a two-year lease to a new Porsche. Mary Ruth Geny only needed one shot to hole out on hole number 6, which was sponsored by Porsche Fort Myers as this.

The Bobby Nichols-Fiddlesticks Charity Foundation has named Catholic Charities, Diocese of Venice and Pace Center for Girls, Lee as two additional beneficiaries of the 20th annual Nichols Cup tournaments and auction gala, awarding special grants of $160,000 to serve abused and at-risk children in Southwest Florida. This year, Bobby Nichols-Fiddlesticks Charity Foundation presented $1.7 million.

The Bobby Nichols – Fiddlesticks Charity Foundation has established a Junior Board of Directors, consisting of high school students who live in Fiddlesticks Country Club with a demonstrated commitment to volunteering and fundraising. The founding Junior Board members include Ava Aloia, Mikey Bevins, Lorelai DiSanto, Gracie Mitchell, and Berklie Simmering. Additional high school volunteer committee.
