Local Realtor Sells Properties Using 3D Interspace Solutions Virtual Tours as Competitive Advantage

Barbara Sullivan, a Southwest Florida realtor with Jones & Company Realty, quickly sold two properties to buyers using 3D virtual tour technology during the last week of June. The swift sales and closings were facilitated by a cutting edge technology service provided by 3D Interspace Solutions, hired to digitally scan the properties. Sullivan listed the property on June, 18, 2016, and an open house was held on Sunday, June 26. She sent the 3D Virtual Tour to potential buyers who could not be at the open house.
