Team members were provided with an anonymous survey in which 98% of participants indicated that Stevens Construction is a great place to work based on questions regarding leadership, justice, support, camaraderie and integrity. One hundred percent of team members said they are made to feel welcome when joining the company, as well as 100% of team members indicated they’re offered training and development opportunities to further themselves professionally.
