Executive coach Andy Robinson and Michael Wynn, president of Sunshine Ace Hardware, will discuss action steps to help you thrive personally and professionally in 2021. Participants will learn important behaviors and ways of thinking that will give them the agility and resilience to find success in an increasingly complex and uncertain world. The webinar will review commitments and leadership best practices that you and your team can adopt to find focus and opportunity, regardless of the challenges 2021 may bring.

Michael Wynn, president of Ace Hardware, board chair, and Naples native. Michael is president of his family’s chain of Ace hardware stores and chairman of the Wynn Family board of directors. In 2014, Michael received the hardware industry’s Top Gun Award presented by the National Retail Hardware Association.

advisor, and strategic advisor to executives, business leaders, and business owners for over 25 years. Andy is a member of the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches (WABC).
