Was your business, church or non-profit organization in operation at the time of the BP Oil Spill?

There’s a good chance it’s eligible for compensation under the Court-Supervised Settlement Process.

The class-action settlement covers most Gulf Coast businesses and non-profit organizations in Florida counties that are on the Gulf of Mexico.

The April, 2010 oil spill had an adverse economic impact on most organizations in the covered area. (Which includes ALL of Lee, Collier and Charlotte Counties.) Many business owners and organization directors assume they must prove their losses have were directly related to the oil spill to have a claim.   Under the terms of the Court Supervised Settlement that is not the case.

There is less than a year, until April of 2014, to file a claim. This presentation will provide information about eligibility for claims, the filing process, the information needed to proceed and more.

The best way to get the information is to attend, but if you cannot, and would like to know more, inquire by email:  bpclaims@shestokas.com
