Cotrenia Hood is the CEO of Steel Bleu, a business and executive coaching firm specializing in offering executives and organizations innovative ways to improve organizational processes, productivity, and individual success. Steel Bleu helps organizations achieve their goals by translating passion for profiting through strategic planning, business and organizational development, and leadership training. Cotrenia serves on several boards and leadership counsels and is honored as one of the 2013 Gulfshore Business Magazine’s “40 under 40”, Florida Weekly’s Annual List of Power Women, and is a graduate of Leadership Collier. She lives in Naples, Florida, where she and her husband, Richard, enjoy raising their two wonderful children.

Patrick Blake Renda, Founder/Chief Strategy Officer/Managing Partner at Dragon Horse Agency, an international, award-winning business and marketing services agency headquartered in Naples, FL, founded in 2015. Nicki McTeague, Account Manager at Priority Marketing. Nicki provides solution-driven services for a diverse array of for-profit and nonprofit clients, working collaboratively with the firm’s creative, public relations, and digital teams to develop strategies to achieve clients’ marketing goals. Nicki creates virtual presentations on behalf of Priority Marketing and its clients and helped Kids’ Minds Matter develop its popular Mental Health Mondays virtual workshops. She also helped establish the framework for the virtual Everglades Coalition Conference in 2021.

Javier Fuller, Vice President of Web Development at CONRIC pr + marketing, leads a digital marketing team to oversee strategic planning and implementation of all website design, development and coding, search engine optimization, email marketing, blogging, and social media for the company’s growing clientele. When he’s not working or parenting, he volunteers for nonprofits like the Goodwill SWFL MicroEnterprise Institute. He was a finalist for the 2018 Southwest Florida Distinguished Entrepreneur of the Year. He was named one of the 2018 Southwest Florida Most Influential Diversity Achievers by the Cape Coral Community Foundation.
