Naples, FL (November 11, 2019) – Gulf Coast International Properties (GCIP) is pleased to announce Dane Norgart, Realtor, has joined the firm. A lifelong Naples native and second generation Realtor, Dane attended college in Gainesville, FL where he embarked on business studies.
Dane frequently sat open houses with his father at the beginning of his career and has a passion for the business. An extremely knowledgeable boater with experience in all facets of boating including captain and maintenance professional, Dane knows the waterfront property landscape of Naples inside and out, a valuable tool when providing clients with insider knowledge on the best waterfront areas Naples has to offer.
A versatile and enthusiastic agent, Dane has the fabric of Naples in his blood and enjoys passing this unique knowledge on to his clients. An avid runner, Dane frequently can be found volunteering with Gulf Coast Runners.
