WASHINGTON, D.C. – Representative Mario Díaz-Balart (FL-26) is pleased to invite members of the media to attend a special check presentation ceremony tomorrow, Tuesday, April 23, 2024, at 3:00 p.m. The event celebrates the funding secured for the Pace Center for Girls, Collier at Immokalee, which will enhance security and safety measures to ensure a secure environment. This project received funding through the Consolidated Appropriations Act for Fiscal Year 2024, which was approved by Congress and signed by the President on March 9th, 2024.
