Verdana Village opens West Village Amenity Center
Cameratta Companies has completed the West Village Amenity Center at Verdana Village, a premium master-planned community under development in Estero.
The Amenity Center’s contemporary clubhouse features a fitness center, casual gathering room, kitchen, office and restrooms. Behind the Amenity Center is a resort-style swimming pool and spa surrounded by an expansive sun deck and natural foliage. Adjacent are two horseshoe pits, a picnic pavilion and multipurpose sports field.
Verdana Village is split into two neighborhoods. The West Village, which is nearly sold out, features 1,181 homes. The East Village, which will include 1,219 homes, is about 25% sold out. Construction on the East Village Amenity Center is expected to begin in early October. Pulte Homes and Lennar are the community’s preferred homebuilders.
Residents of both villages also have access to the Master Amenity Complex, located near Verdana Village’s main entrance. Inspired by the community’s natural landscape, the Master Amenity Complex features a full suite of recreational and culinary amenities for residents and their guests. Its Indoor Sports Complex includes four pickleball courts, two tennis courts and a basketball court, along with a fitness center, movement and strength training studio, pro shop, and cafe. There are three food and beverage options: Drift Restaurant, a full-service restaurant with a private dining room and indoor-outdoor seating; Paradise Patio Bar, a modern outdoor bar; and The Craft Lounge, a rustic indoor setting to enjoy cocktails, wine and beer. Outdoor amenities include a swimming pool, spa and restrooms surrounded by a sun deck, along with 12 pickleball courts, six tennis courts, two bocce courts and a racquet pro shop. A playground, dog park and yoga lawn complete the outdoor space.
“Verdana Village has attracted a great mix of families, couples, retirees and seasonal residents, and we carefully designed our amenities to include offerings that appeal to residents of all ages and abilities,” said Nick Cameratta, chief operating office of Cameratta Companies. “Our vision for Verdana Village was to preserve the area’s distinct natural ambience while creating a residential retreat with unrivaled amenities, and the opening of our West Village Amenity Center is a huge milestone in the community’s development.”
Cameratta Companies is the developer behind five premier communities in Estero: Verdana Village, The Place at Corkscrew, Corkscrew Shores, The Preserve at Corkscrew and Kingston.
