Monthly wine dinner series continues in April at Margaritaville Beach Resort Fort Myers Beach
Margaritaville Beach Resort Fort Myers Beach will continue its monthly wine dinner series on Thursday, April 16, with The Prisoner Wine Company headlining an upscale and edgy evening at JWB Grill.
The four-course prix fixe dinner will showcase The Prisoner Wine Company’s rebellious blends and rule-breaking classics, paired with dishes crafted by the resort’s award‑winning culinary team. Guests can expect an elegant, coastal-inspired dining experience.
The dinner will begin at 6:30 p.m., and guests will enjoy a menu designed to highlight the depth and warmth of each wine.
The menu includes:
· First Course: Wild mushroom arancini with lemon aioli and truffle olive oil pipettes; paired with Blindfold Blanc de Noir
· Second Course: Citrus shrimp scampi with jicama citrus salad; paired with Unshackled Sauvignon Blanc
· Third Course: Smoked brisket with potato fondant, blueberry demi, shallot crisps and aji Amarillo crema; paired with The Prisoner Red Blend
· Finale: Blueberry-lemon mousse cups with breadcrumbs, blueberry mousse, blueberry glaze and lemon zest; paired with Unshackled Cabernet
