NAPLES, FLORIDA | September 1, 2026 – Gulf Coast International Properties® (GCIP) is pleased to announce Chris Wells, Realtor, has joined the firm.
Originally from Cape Cod, Massachusetts, Chris began his real estate career in 1984 while simultaneously working in banking and finance. During his career, he served as a bank CEO, Registered Representative, and Investment Advisor, developing a deep understanding of finance and investment that he brings to his real estate clients.
Chris moved to Naples in 2012 and successfully operated Olde Naples Real Estate as its principal broker. Licensed in both Massachusetts and Florida, he is also a Certified General Contractor in Florida, specializing in luxury new construction and high-end renovations.
With four decades of experience in real estate, finance, and construction, top producer Chris is a distinguished leader in Naples’ luxury real estate market, offering his clients a unique perspective.
