DANA BOWERMAN JOINS THE TEAM AT

NAPLES, FLORIDA | October 19, 2026 – Gulf Coast International Properties® (GCIP) is pleased to announce Dana Bowerman, Realtor, has joined the firm.
Dana offers an international perspective, extensive construction expertise, and a genuine commitment to her clients. Her diverse background and personalized approach help her guide clients through their real estate journey with care and confidence.
Born and raised in Romania, Dana is fluent in Romanian, French, and English. After living in Montreal, she relocated to the United States in 2017, spending time in Chicago and Texas, eventually making Naples her full-time home, following more than 20 years of seasonal ties to the area.
With 20 years of experience in property management along with residential and commercial construction project management, Dana offers valuable insight into homes, craftsmanship, and the details that matter in real estate. She recently pursued studies in information systems at Trine University, further strengthening her analytical, organizational, and technological skills.
Dana’s connection to the Naples construction community is also personal. Her husband, Jay Bowerman, a native Floridian, has more than 30 years of experience building homes in Naples and owns Big Island Builders. Their combined experience gives Dana a unique viewpoint into the local market, the quality craftsmanship, and distinctive character that defines Naples real estate.
