Celebrate

Celebrate

As we get ready to close out the year a lot of things come to mind for review. We are all looking forward to new things, but it’s also a reminder of all the people or things that we had to leave behind; maybe a loss of someone or something, a divorce or an unexpected event that changed our life forever. When you put all these ingredients together it can feel emotionally overwhelming and difficult to find inner peace and calm.

Not to be negative, these are all facts of life and we must acknowledge them for what they are. Ignoring them won’t change the facts. You do what you gotta do to take care of yourself and your family. The key here is to get in alignment with your soul and to understand that you are still growing through all these changes, no matter what your circumstances may look like.

You are allowed to feel your pain and to celebrate your gains!! In this society we work so hard to look perfect in the eyes of other people. When in reality we all go through the same cycles of beginnings and endings, the only difference is the experiences and the timing.

With all that being said, I want to encourage you to take some time for yourself and analyze your whole year in a positive way and instead of dwelling on the losses, focus on all the blessings that you already have; celebrate your personal growth, hard work and accomplishments.

I encourage you as you continue to walk on your own path to be courageous and to believe in yourself. It is easy to believe in other people because we are not walking in their shoes, we tend to think that other people are more successful and confident than us based on things we see.
Don’t fool yourself, you have what it takes to be who you were created to be and you are capable to do what you are destined to do. You just need to believe in yourself!

Start celebrating all those little stepping stones and soon enough you will find more things to celebrate.

Ok my friend, I hope this was helpful for you. I celebrate you!! Until next year…

I am wishing you a wonderful holiday season and a wonderful new year filled with self-love and much confidence! 🦋💚
