A New Spin on Coffee Culture Hits Bonita Springs
Coffee, Vinyl Records and Groovy Vibes concept opens its doors this December
BONITA SPRINGS, Fl. (December 9, 2025) — Bonita Springs is about to experience a new
fusion of bold flavors and vintage sound. Disco Bean Coffee Company will host its grand
opening and ribbon-cutting ceremony at 4 p.m. on Monday, December 29, at its Bonita Springs
location: 9124 Bonita Beach Road, Bonita Springs, FL 34135.
This retro-inspired concept blends specialty Colombian coffee, music culture, and late-night
ambiance into one family-friendly destination. Its speakeasy-style atmosphere transports guests
back in time while they enjoy freshly sourced coffee, tea, beer and wine, hand-scooped ice
cream, donuts, grab and go sandwiches, and a full vinyl record shop featuring new artists,
classics and rare finds.
Disco Bean Coffee Company will be open Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.,
Fridays and Saturdays from 8 a.m. to midnight, and Sundays from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
“I wanted to create a place where coffee and music live in the same moment,” says founder
Patty Amandis, also known as DJ Pat Pat. “I’ve spent my life behind the decks, and this is
me bringing that energy into a space where people can connect, slow down, and enjoy great
coffee and great music together.”
Pat Pat brings more than 27 years of professional DJ experience to the concept. Her career has
taken her around the world, curating radio shows, creating soundscapes for cruise lines,
performing at festivals, and headlining major corporate events. She has also shared stages and
played alongside well-known international artists throughout her career. Disco Bean Coffee
Company reflects her personal vision for a space that blends culture, community, and creativity.

Better Together, a nonprofit on a mission to build strong families and communities, is partnering with Shiloh SDA Church to host a community job fair on Thursday, March 19, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Registration is now open for job seekers and employers to participate in the March event. With a spirit of hope and celebration, the church-based job fairs empower job seekers by connecting them with local employers who are ready to hire, while offering supportive services that foster meaningful connections and increase opportunities for lasting employment. Free one-on-one job coaching sessions are available to participants to review resumes, and additional services will be available onsite. The March 19 job fair will take place at Shiloh SDA Church, located at 500 S.W. 17th Ave. in Ocala. With job openings available across various industry sectors, participating employers include Cone Distributing, Heart of Florida Health Center, Kane’s Furniture, RaceTrac and more. Local resource partners will also join Better Together in offering various onsite services, including the Alzheimer’s Association and the United Way of Marion County’s Strong Families Program. Additional employers and resource partners will be added as the job fair approaches. The community job fairs are part of Better Together’s “Better Jobs” program, which has helped more than 48,000 applicants connect with employment opportunities across 24 states. Through the Better Families program, families are offered a preventive alternative to foster care while they get the help they need.
