Above Board Chamber of Florida presents Overcoming Adversity – Crisis Management from 11:30 a.m. – 1 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 9 at Pelican Preserve Town Center, 10561 Veneto Drive, Fort Myers and Monday, Nov. 13 at Hilton Naples, 5111 Tamiami Trail North. Communication, relationship building and leadership development are important in all phases of running a business, but these components become even more critical in the face of a crisis. November’s luncheon meetings will provide tactics for planning for the unthinkable, communicating during a crisis and effective leadership to instill calm and navigate from adversity to normalcy. Bring your questions, and our experts will work through solutions.
The Fort Myers meeting will be emceed by Robin Larkin, principal at Performance Management Associates, and feature a panel including Suzanne Boy, attorney with Henderson, Franklin, Starnes & Holt, P.A.; Connie Ramos-Williams, chief marketing officer and president at CONRIC PR & Marketing; and Susan Armstrong Ryan, founder of Creative Business Coaches.
The Naples meeting will be emceed by Robin Larkin, principal at Performance Management Associates, and feature a panel including television executive and crisis management consultant Arnold Klinsky, Carolyn “Cat” Tieger, founder and principal at Tieger Public Affairs, and Ursula Pfahl, vice president, business development at Bigham Jewelers.
