NAPLES, FLORIDA | July 7, 2020 – Two of Naples top producers in the luxury real estate market have combined forces to form a team at Gulf Coast International Properties®.
Andrew Arreola, LLC and Taylor Canada, P.A., Realtors at GCIP, share a combined two decades of experience providing luxury real estate advisory services to their clients. The team specializes in representing buyers and sellers of million and multi-million-dollar properties in Naples most exclusive enclaves of Old Naples and Port Royal. According to recently released Multiple Listing Service figures, Arreola and Canada’s efforts ranked them both within the top 25 agents in Old Naples and Port Royal with a combined total of nearly $45 million in sales volume to date for 2020.
A proud recipient of the Luxury Real Estate “Significant Sales Award”, Andrew has amassed over $200 million in closed sales in the last several years. Andrew has conducted many record-breaking transactions including one of the highest priced sales of its time in the history of Old Naples and Aqualane Shores, and highest price per square foot (at the time) in Old Naples. Of significant note for 2020 is his recent sale representing the buyer of a Port Royal bayfront lot for $10.25 million and representing the buyer of an Old Naples new construction home for $4.55 million.
A lifelong Naples resident, Taylor recently hit a personal best record of over $27 million in closed sales in the 2020 season thus far. His stellar record includes a noteworthy recent sale in Old Naples for $7.4 million and another in Port Royal for $6.5 million in which he represented the seller in both transactions. Taylor’s integrity and professionalism coupled with his family background in homebuilding in Naples has afforded him extensive knowledge in Naples’ luxury landscape.
