Beautiful Health to offer Internal Health and Well-being workshop
Beautiful Health, an all-natural beauty and health shop, will offer a four-part Internal Health and Well-being educational series. The series will consist of workshops to be held at the Beautiful Health shop located at 4947 Tamiami Trail North., Suite 105 in Naples.
The series will be led by Karen Ann Gallagher and is designed to provide participants with new and valuable evidence-based information about herbal medicines and supplementation, and how it affects individual health and well-being.
Gallagher received her master’s degree from Maryland University of Integrative Health and is currently pursuing a certification in nutrition. She has had her scientific research published in scientific journals, online and in local newspapers. Specializing in formulating custom herbs for her clients, her clinical practice focuses on nutritional restorative GI tract health.
Lecture topics and dates include:
Natural Medicine for GI Health will be held on December 19, 2019 at 5pm. Those attending this lecture will hear about facts and statistics from new science, research about herbal products and how to improve GI Health with natural medicine.
The Power of Herbs – A Scientific Perspective will be held on January 16, 2020 at 5 pm. Those attending this lecture will hear about the facts regarding supplementation and health claims while reviewing the power of natural herbs.
Trending Herbs – Implications for Health will be held on February 18, 2020 at 5 pm. Those attending this lecture will hear about and explore ways to enhance health through herbs and natural products.
Herbs for Beauty will be held on March 19, 2020 at 5 pm. Those attending this lecture will hear about and investigate many different natural herbs that can be used for beauty.
