Bonita Springs Downtown Alliance to Host Candidates Forum September 23rd

Bonita Springs, Fla. (September 6, 2024) – The Bonita Springs Downtown Alliance (BSDA) is excited to announce the Candidates Forum and Meet & Greet on Monday, September 23.

The event will take place at the Bonita Springs Lions Club, located at 10322 Pennsylvania Ave, Bonita Springs, and will begin at 5:00 p.m. The forum is open to the public.

Karen Moore, Publisher of Southwest Florida Business Today, will moderate the forum. The schedule is as follows:

– District 2 and District 6 Candidates: 5:00 p.m. 5:45 p.m.

– Mayoral Candidates: 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

This forum offers a valuable opportunity for community members to hear directly from candidates about their visions for the future of Bonita Springs and their respective districts. The public will be able to submit questions when registering at the door. There is no cost to attend.

The Bonita Springs Downtown Alliance (BSDA) is a membership organization composed of businesses, non-profits, and local residents dedicated to the development, marketing, promotion, and preservation of Old Downtown Bonita Springs and its unique old Florida atmosphere. As a Florida nonprofit corporation and IRS 501(c)6 organization (Federal tax FEIN ID #81-1385933), BSDA operates as a business league. Our annual membership period runs from October 1 to September 30, and we hold monthly meetings on the fourth Tuesday of each month at 5:30 p.m. at Shangri La Springs.
