TLC Marketing & Creative Services looks to the future amidst continued growth
BONITA SPRINGS, Fla. (May 5, 2026) — TLC Marketing & Creative Services (TLC), is celebrating 17 years in business. As a Florida-certified woman-owned business, full-service marketing agency based in Bonita Springs, the agency offers a comprehensive range of services including; event planning, public relations, social media management, logo design, branding, crisis management, web design and more.
TLC has been awarded Best of Florida in the Marketing Firm category for two consecutive years, reflecting its ongoing mission to help businesses and nonprofits grow throughout the Southwest Florida region and beyond.
Owner Trish Leonard founded TLC on January 1, 2009 following the 2008 financial crisis. Seeking a new challenge, Leonard started TLC, utilizing her strong ties to the Southwest Florida community to build and grow the business. Her first client, Lyons & Lyons, P.A., a local law firm specializing in elder care, remains a valued client to this day.
For nearly a decade, Leonard operated TLC independently, supported by a network of contracted professionals. In 2018, she began strategically expanding the agency by bringing on full-time team members. Today, the Bonita Springs–based agency has grown to eight employees and serves more than 35 clients across Southwest Florida and beyond. The team represents a strong blend of seasoned expertise and emerging professional talent, including graduates from Florida Gulf Coast University (FGCU), which enhances the agency’s creative capacity while maintaining a high level of client service and industry experience.

In late 2025, the agency relocated to a larger office in the Sunshine Plaza in Bonita Springs. Leonard remains focused on to the future, with continued growth as a key priority for the TLC team. She is also committed to expanding leadership and professional development opportunities for staff, fostering an environment where both creativity and career advancement can thrive.
