Realtor Cathleen Lewis of Call It Closed International Realty has been named a Five Star Real Estate Agent in recognition of superior client satisfaction — her 12th consecutive year of receiving this distinction from Five Star Professional.
The Five Star Real Estate Agent award recognizes professionals who excel in client satisfaction, along with peer recognition. The award winners – who represent fewer than 7% of real estate agents in the Dallas/Fort Worth area — are chosen after undergoing extensive research, including client nominations and evaluations, regulatory requirements, and a review by an industry Blue Ribbon Panel.
A former elementary school teacher and local business owner, Lewis serves buyers and sellers for various property types, both residential and commercial. An east Texas native, Lewis was raised on a dairy farm – and credits those life experiences for her success in the industry.
“I approach real estate by teaching my clients, being their counselor, and providing them with the best advice and counsel I can,” Lewis said. “And growing up on a dairy farm as the youngest of three children, I learned the value of hard work and customer commitment at an early age – lessons that continue to influence my approach to real estate years later.”
In addition to single- and multi-family homes, Lewis also specializes in farms, ranches, vacant land, commercial buildings and industrial properties. Outside of work, Lewis volunteers with church missions and ministries both locally and abroad, including in France, Kenya and South Africa.
Lewis received a bachelor’s degree in education from Texas A&M University-Commerce in 1986 and earned her real estate license in 2006.
