Cancer Alliance Network unveils new website to enhance support, including non-medical financial assistance

Southwest Florida cancer patients in need of additional support – including non-medical financial assistance for essential living expenses – can now more easily access a comprehensive online portal to help guide their healing journeys.

The nonprofit Cancer Alliance Network’s newly redesigned website (canceralliancenetwork.org/) is a convenient digital platform that highlight’s the 23-year-old organization’s array of services, from financial support for rent, car payments, food and other essentials to nutrition programs, family support groups, personal care resources and more.

That generous community support enables the nonprofit to turn despair into hope by providing a lifeline during a very difficult time.

“For nearly a quarter-century, CAN has been at the forefront of providing dignity to local cancer patients and their families, expanding from Collier to Lee County and now offering aid to children in Hendry and Glades counties,” said CEO Neftali Feliciano. “We’re excited to launch a new, more robust website to help more effectively spread our message and mission.”

The website, created by Priority Marketing, features an updated calendar of community and fundraising events, including the upcoming Fancy Pants golf fundraiser on Feb. 1 at Topgolf in Fort Myers, and the 11th annual YogaCAN fundraiser at Baker Park in Naples on April 6.

The digital platform also features patient testimonials, volunteer sign-up details and information for prospective donors.
