Chicken Salad Chick opens in Estero with grand opening celebration, community events and giveaways

Chicken Salad Chick, a fast-casual, Southern-inspired chicken salad restaurant, welcomed guests on Dec. 7 to celebrate the grand opening of its new location at 10151 Estero Town Commons Place in Estero.

Leading up to its official opening, Chicken Salad Chick invited local families, friends, influencers and members of the media to sample items from the menu and meet first-time franchise owners Kendal Potesta and Scott Pace. On grand-opening day, the restaurant held a ribbon-cutting ceremony and gave away free chicken salad for a year to its first 100 guests.
