Clearwater Business Advisers Adds a New Executive Coach

Naples, FL Feb. 17, 2020/ Clearwater Business Advisers, a provider of management expertise to help early stage and mid-market companies build operational performance, announced that Cathy Welsh-Martin joined the firm’s executive coaching practice as a Managing Consultant in January 2019. She is based in Naples.
Cathy has several decades of experience in management development, focusing on C-suite level and senior executive coaching assignments for large corporations, middle market organizations and private individuals. Her experience spans the technology, manufacturing and professional service sectors.

Prior to joining Clearwater Business Advisers, Welsh-Martin led her own boutique coaching practice in the Naples area. Previously, she managed a regional consulting practice for a global leadership development firm. She holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
