Both Crowder Bros. Ace Hardware stores in Manatee County earned Pinnacle Performance Retailing status through “Higher Ground,” Ace Hardware’s strategic growth plan.

Pinnacle stores must meet stringent company benchmarks for retail excellence, which includes high customer satisfaction ratings, extensive associate training, quick fulfillment of online orders, growth in business-to-business sales and other criteria.
