(Sept. 29, 2022) – Lane Boy, Executive Senior Director, of Cushman and Wakefield | Commercial Property Southwest Florida represented Heise Port Charlotte Property, LLC in the sale of +/-1.95 ac of land at 3491 Tamiami Trail, Port Charlotte, Florida to Adams Property Group for $1,500,000.
According to Boy, “The buyer, Adams Property Group, plans to develop a self-storage facility on the site. They chose the site for its strong traffic counts, high visibility, good access, and its position relative to existing storage facilities in the area.”
