Dan Grahl Appointed Vice President Wholesale Lending at Encore Bank

Tom Ray, CEO of Encore Bank, is pleased to announce that Dan Grahl has been hired as Vice President of Wholesale Lending. The announcement follows news that Encore Bank has recently begun expanding its residential and consumer lending activities, which are managed by Senior Vice President, Dan Royal.

Grahl brings more than 30 years of wholesale mortgage lending experience in Southwest Florida to Encore. Highlights of his long career include successfully leading both retail and wholesale lending divisions. Grahl said he anticipates continued momentum in the Southwest Florida market. He stated, “I am looking forward to the growth of wholesale lending in Southwest Florida here at Encore Bank. As a local bank and portfolio lender we offer great products and exceptional service.”

CEO Tom Ray said, “Adding a Wholesale Lending department is a natural next step for Encore Bank as we continue expanding our mortgage activities. Dan Grahl is the natural choice to lead this new department, given his in-depth knowledge of the regional market and the needs of its unique population.”

A graduate of Indiana University, Grahl moved to Fort Myers in 1979. The father of two also has two grandchildren. He has been involved in church, music and acting for 40 years and is the author of two books.

Grahl will oversee the wholesale lending program for all Encore bank locations, while working out of the Bonita Springs branch.
