DAY Adjusting & Consulting appoints Jordan Stynda as VP

Day Adjusting & Consulting is pleased to announce Jordan Stynda has been promoted to the position of Vice-President. Ms. Stynda was originally hired as the company’s paralegal 18 months ago and has stepped in to fill many roles since the devastation of Hurricane Ian hit Southwest Florida.

As Vice President of Day Adjusting & Consulting, Ms. Stynda is using her expertise plus her passion for helping homeowners who have experienced the challenge of property insurance claims during these past few months.

“As a dedicated leader and lover of human connection, Jordan uses her compassion and attention to detail to help create and implement a client-centric claims handling system and facilitate open lines of communications between Day Adjusting’s Public Adjusters, clients, and referral partners to help homeowners through the claims process,” said Blake Day, President of Day Adjusting & Consulting. “We are lucky to have had her in place before the hurricane hit and our world was turned upside down.”

Ms. Stynda is a native of Seattle, Washington. She moved to Florida to attend FGCU where she graduated with a BA in Legal Studies. She has been in and out of the area for the past six years due to her husband’s active military service but now, she and her husband are permanent residents.

In the position of Vice President, Ms. Stynda helps manage the daily operations of the company. She ensures its continued growth through positive client interactions, up-to-date systems, and online media marketing. She finds, researches, and implements procedures and avenues to ensure all clients have a positive and successful experience with Day Adjusting.

“I gather client feedback and discuss each comment with our internal team; I work closely with Blake to use this information to assist us in maximizing the company’s performance and achieving our financial goals, and the client’s expectations.
