Dr. Vivian Ebert, Doctor of Chiropractic, Awarded for Outstanding Achievement by the Florida Chiropractic Association

Dr. Vivian Ebert, the founder and Doctor of Chiropractic at LivingWell Chiropractic, received the award for Outstanding Achievement at the Florida Chiropractic Association (FCA) event titled “The National by FCA” which took place August 25-28 at the Hyatt Regency Orlando. According to the FCA, their annual event is the largest convention and exposition for chiropractic worldwide, with over 3,300 attendees, a 420-booth expo, and 74 speaker presentations for which chiropractic professionals may earn continuing education credits.

Ebert serves the FCA on its Board of Directors, representing Collier County. Ebert said, “I have been a chiropractic physician in Southwest Florida for more than 30 years, and I am proud to serve as a representative of fellow chiropractors on FCA’s Board of Directors. Receiving the FCA’s Outstanding Achievement Award is truly an honor.”

Ebert graduated from Logan Chiropractic College in St. Louis, Missouri, and completed her post-graduate studies to become a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician. Her credentials also include advanced training in extremity adjusting, Back Swing Dynamics (to address back pain in golfers), rehabilitation, and clinical nutrition.

Established in 1931, the Florida Chiropractic Association is the largest state chiropractic association in the United States, with a mission to improve access to chiropractic services by Floridians. Through its pivotal legislative victories, FCA pursued and achieved state licensure and regulation of Florida’s Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) designation. Ongoing FCA lobbying efforts serve to protect, defend, and expand Florida Statutes Chapter 460 (CHIROPRACTIC MEDICINE). An elected board of directors comprised of 22 Doctors of Chiropractic sets the direction for the FCA, and a staff of nine full-time employees and six retainer personnel conduct day-to-day operations.
