ABOUT THE FLORIDA CHIROPRACTIC ASSOCIATION, INC. (FCA)
Established in 1931, the Florida Chiropractic Association is the largest state chiropractic association in the United States, with a mission to improve access to chiropractic services by Floridians. Through its pivotal legislative victories, FCA pursued and achieved state licensure and regulation of Florida’s Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) designation. Ongoing FCA lobbying efforts serve to protect, defend, and expand Florida Statutes Chapter 460 (CHIROPRACTIC MEDICINE). An elected board of directors comprised of 22 Doctors of Chiropractic sets the direction for the FCA, and a staff of nine full-time employees and six retainer personnel conduct day-to-day operations.
